Price for tickets are 120.00 per person + taxes and fees. 

Starts at 6:30pm for cocktails and 7:00pm guests will be seated for dinner.

Better Halves Dinner

Two is (usually) better than one, especially when it comes to two chefs putting together a delicious dinner for a great cause. Join Chef Zach Meloy as he invites Chef Steven Satterfield into the Better Half kitchen. A portion of the proceeds with benefit Direct Relief, a non-profit working to improve the health and lives of people affected by poverty or emergency situations. Guests will start the evening at 6:30 p.m. with cocktails and canapés followed by a six-course collaborative dinner at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $125 and include beverage pairings, tax and tip and can be purchased on Xorbia.

Steven: grilled carrot, chickpea-carrot panisse, carrot top salsa verde
Zach: roasted trout, grilled turnip, brown butter, whipped popcorn tea
Steven: cherry glazed quail, country ham, farro, kale, spring onion, onion top soubise
Zach: GA beef brisket cooked in smoked beef fat, red cabbage juice, tiny herb + beef tendon salad
Steven: cheese: meadow creek "grayson," mushroom pate, pickled shiitake, toasted brioche
Zach: honey tangerine tart, lemongrass ice-cream, puffed gold rice truffles and cordial
